Routine Inspections
Visual Inspection: Conduct at least once a week; check for enclosure corrosion, seal degradation (typical aging cycle: 5–8 years), and label legibility.
Temperature and Humidity Monitoring: Internal temperature should be ≤40°C (refer to GB/T 17467-2020 standard) and humidity ≤85%; activate the dehumidification system if limits are exceeded.
Abnormal Noise/Vibration Check: Transformer operating noise should be ≤65 dB (A-weighted); shut down immediately for inspection if abnormal vibration occurs.
Periodic Maintenance
Transformer Maintenance: Test insulation resistance (≥100 MΩ/1000 V) and check oil levels every 6 months (for oil-immersed transformers, the oil level must be between 1/3 and 2/3 of the oil gauge range).
High/Low-Voltage Switchgear Maintenance: Tighten bolts (refer to the manufacturer's manual for torque specifications) and clean off dust (dust accumulation thickness ≤1 mm) once a year.
Cable and Connection Inspection: Conduct withstand voltage tests every 3 years (test voltage for 10 kV cables: 22 kV for 5 minutes).
